With the big win over the Utah Utes the Colorado State Rams volleyball team went to 16-3 and 8-0 in the MWC. It is their 12th straight win. I am not a volleyball guru by any means but it is easy to see the Rams have been dominate on the court this year. The Rams dominated Utah in three sets (25-14, 25-13, 25-15). Check out the rest of the recap here at csurams.com
The buzz around the program had died after "the big three" campaign of last year. The Rams are playing more consistent and just plain better then last year. Chalk it up to the Ewing theory or less pressure but whatever it is Tom Hilbert has it working. The Rams head into the second half of their MWC schedule with a two game cushion and have to feel good about it.
If you have a chance to get out to Moby Arena do it. The volleyball team is embracing the meaning of Defend the Fort.
